Bayless, who in January was named in a lawsuit by a former Fox hair stylist who claims he offered her millions to have sex with him, offered his take on modern-day dating. Bayless has denied all allegations.
The former Fox analyst and wife Ernestine, who have been married since 2016, responded to a request from Richard, a listener in the UK, who revealed he was struggling to find a relationship. Ernestine, an experience PR agent, criticized dating apps, claiming that they were not the key to success. Bayless agreed but also thought the chance of meeting someone in a bar wasn't an ideal alternative either.
'The bar mentality is the guys are looking not for long-term,' he said, which Ernestine disagreed with, during the 10-minute-long segment. 'I don't want to get too spiritual about this,' the 73-year-old 'You just have to trust a higher power. I guarantee that there's somebody out there for Richard.

'I look back at how I met the women in my life, and by far the most important woman in my life is you,' he said. 'I was single in New York City for an entire year, it was right at a year when I met you. 'And I met you by total accident one day when you brought Kevin Dillon to my show to be on the show, and you were there in the green room and I accidentally ran past the green room and saw you.
And the rest is history; as you always say, our lives were never the same after that moment.' Bayless, who shared the clip to X, wrapped up the segment by sharing a final few words of warning to the listener. 'Just be careful Richard that you don't just give completely into someone and you wake up one day married and very unhappy because you've met all her criteria and conditions and none of your own,' he added.
However, Bayless's decision to discuss relationship raised eyebrows online amongst many in the wake of January's lawsuit. 'The jokes really write themselves,' one user replied. 'Aint no way you giving advice on how to bag a b****,' another chimed in.
Meanwhile, a third claimed: 'Right message, wrong messager (sic) lol.' The former 'Undisputed' host has been married to Ernestine since 2016 It comes two months after it emerged that the former Undisputed host is at the center of a bombshell 42-page lawsuit that alleges he used his position to 'sexually harass women' and 'inappropriately touched' a hairstylist who worked on his show . Noushin Faraji, who says she worked at Fox Sports from 2012 to 2023, has made a series of stunning allegations - first reported by Front Office Sports - including that Bayless offered her $1.
5m to have sex with her and gave her 'lingering hugs and kisses' on multiple occasions. Allegations are also made against Fox Sports Executive Vice President of Content Charlie Dixon, with Faraji claiming he ' grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood '. Joy Taylor, another host at the network, is also embroiled in the case, with the plaintiff claiming she relayed the story of Dixon's advances to her, only to be met with the response: 'Get over it.
' Bayless, who left Fox in August 2024 after eight years at the network, denied all allegations against him and said Faraji 'consented' to his alleged actions, which include 'lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts,' according to Faraji's lawsuit.
