Laura and Zoe Rawlings decided to set up the Wiltshire Wild Sauna near the Park Farm campsite in Braydon, near Purton and Swindon, earlier this year. The authentic Finnish wood-burning sauna and cold plunge pool opened in July and has already attracted hundreds of guests. They came up with the idea while Laura underwent 18 months of treatment for breast cancer, which is now in remission.
She said: "We had talked about doing this for a while and just went for it. I used to live near a sauna in Bristol and went a few times a week. I've always loved them, and I could see the health benefits of regular use.
"I've had a challenging year undergoing cancer treatment but it focused my mind on what I really wanted to do and it made me brave. "The sauna gives me so much joy. I love bringing people together and creating a community.
I'd encourage anyone who has a dream to go for it. Don't miss out on our..
