m. bulletin, PAGASA said the following areas are under TCWS No. 1: PAGASA said Gener was located 315 kilometers east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora, packing maximum sustained winds of 45 km per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.



The tropical depression was moving westward at 10 kph. Gener is seen to make landfall over Isabela or Aurora in the next 24 hours and intensify as a tropical storm on Wednesday after emerging over the West Philippine Sea. “It is forecast to make landfall on either Isabela or Aurora within the next 24 hours,” PAGASA said.

“GENER is likely to experience limited intensification over the next two days but is expected to reach Tropical Storm category by Wednesday after emerging over the West Philippine Sea,” it added. The tropical cyclone may exit the Philippine area of responsibility on Wednesday. — KBK, GMA Integrated News.
