Stree 2 , which starred Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles, will also be seen in the third installment of the franchise. The movie has proved to be a wild success, and fans of the franchise have been awaiting any information about the third movie. Recently, Shraddha Kapoor answered a question that has been on every fan’s mind.
In Stree 2 , we finally found out the backstory of Shraddha Kapoor’s character. But, except for Vicky (Rajkummar Rao’s character), no one else knows her name. Now, according to Shraddha Kapoor, this will change in Stree 3 .

On her Instagram, Shraddha Kapoor shared a slideshow of unseen behind the scene moments from the set of Stree 2 . In the caption of the post, Shraddha Kapoor wrote: “50% Pookie 50% Maaru kya???” A post shared by Maddock Films (@maddockfilms) Numerous fans expressed their delight in the comment section, calling Shraddha Kapoor ‘100% Pookie.
’ Meanwhile, one social media user asked her the question which has been on all our minds since we watched Stree 2 . The comment read: “But name kya tha ye to bata do, Shraddha Kapoor.” Much to our delight, Shraddha Kapoor replied, “Pakka bataungi! Stree 3 mein.
” Not only did she confirm that there will be a third installment to the Stree series, but also shared that her character’s name will be revealed in it. Earlier this month, director Amar Kaushik had also said that Stree 3 is on the cards, but will take at least three more years.
