Shocking moment coach invades pitch to hack down star through on goal before being sent off by ref and sparking brawl

A FOOTBALL coach was sent off after invading the pitch and hacking down a player who was through on goal. The crazy incident took place in Italy 's sixth tier when Pontassieve hosted Subbiano. A Pontassieve player was baring down on goal after a through ball when a Subbiano coach entered the field to take him out.

The coach - wearing an orange bib - looked to protest his innocence as Pontassieve rushed to confront him. Of course, he was shown red in what was described as the "most obvious red card in football 's history ." A social media user wrote: "Italy's 6th division (Promozione).
