advisory, PAGASA said the shear line will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in the Bicol Region, Quezon, Laguna, and Rizal. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains are expected in these areas. Meanwhile, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Negros Island Region, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo, and Palawan.
PAGASA also forecast cloudy skies with rains in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora due to the Northeast Monsoon. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought by the Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA said that at 4 a.m. "No Low Pressure Areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
