WazirX founder Nischal Shetty's blockchain product Shardeum has seen over a dozen exits since 2024 with the launch of the blockchain delayed for close to two years, multiple people aware of the development told ET.The key people who left Shardeum include Grey Hemmer, who was head of ecosystem at Shardeum, H Swaminathan, associate director - business operations and partnerships, Ricky Bharti, head of DApp ecosystem, and Yash Jhade, head of community.Majority of those who left in the last year, had been with the company since 2022 and left the firm between June and November 2024.
In response to ET's queries, Shardeum spokesperson said that while the company has seen some team transitions over the past year, the employee churn rate is well within the industry average..
