AUSTINBURG TOWNSHIP — Brisk winds and chilly temperatures made it feel more like Browns weather than the home opener for the Guardians Tuesday morning. The chilly temperatures did not deter Shannon’s Mini Mart from celebrating opening day with $1 hot dogs, and the chance to gather with other baseball fans.
