Serko acquires GetThere, partners with Sabre, seeks $250m by FY30

Serko has acquired business travel management solution GetThere from Nasdaq-listed Sabre Corporation for US$12 million as part of a partnership to help it scale in the North American market. NZX and ASX-listed Serko has agreed to a five-year partnership with US$1.5 billion market-cap travel software.
