Serious collision on A325 Wrecclesham Road: road closed south of A31 Coxbridge roundabout

Police have closed the A325 Wrecclesham Road between the railway bridge and the A31 Coxbridge Roundabout following a serious collision. The Herald is waiting reports to be verified but at least one man has been seriously injured with emergency services currently at the scene. The closure has led to congestion along Weydon Lane with queues well beyond the Green Lane junction, with temporary traffic lights by the Lucky Star worsening the tailbacks.
