Anthony Kern remains hospitalized after crash On Dec. 22, Kern reached out on X to give an update on his condition saying he was "out of the critical stage" and had been released from the hospital. Kern said he is headed back to Phoenix but cannot fly due to a collapsed lung suffered in the crash.
