AUSTIN, Texas — An engulfed semi-truck is causing delays on Interstate 10 in Fayette County. According to the Flatonia Police Department, the blazing truck is located at Mile Marker 663 eastbound. The entire eastbound side of the interstate was closed for a brief period before the inside lane was reopened.
