The recently engaged couple are seeing eye to eye about having a prenup , which is something many couples have to decide about. A prenuptial agreement is a written contract that a couple makes before they marry that determines how they legally want to divide their assets in the case of divorce.
A source told Life & Style Magazine that while the actress loves the music producer and believes they will last, she looking to secure a prenup "to protect herself." "Selena adores Benny, and she’s got zero doubt in her mind that they’ll last. She wouldn’t have said yes to his proposal otherwise,” a source said to the outlet "But at the end of the day, Selena has to protect herself.
