A Yellow warning for Rain has been forecasted from 6am on Saturday until 11:45pm on Sunday (November 24). The warning covers the entire South West from Somerset and Devon, from Truro, through to Portsmouth. The Exeter based meteorological office says that heavy rain associated with Storm Bert may cause some travel disruption and flooding this weekend.
