— The race for the House seat in New York’s 22nd Congressional District will be one of the most closely watched in the nation this year. Incumbent Republican U.S.

Rep. Brandon Williams is facing off against the Democratic nominee, state Sen. John Mannion, to represent the district , which includes all of Onondaga and Madison counties, plus parts of Cayuga, Cortland and Oneida counties.
