Now this is “Monday Night Football,” baby! Taking place at Ford Field in Detroit , the Lions hosted the Seattle Seahawks in a “Monday Night Football” contest, with Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III back from injury in the process. As expected, Walker did the damn thing, but there’s one play from him in particular that’s sticking out to everybody. Facing a 2nd-and-4 situation, Walker ran a check-down route and caught a pass from his quarterback Geno Smith .

Alex Anzalone , the linebacker of the Lions , shut things down with a quick tackle and halted him before he got the first down ...

or so we thought. And Anzalone, well, he responds by tossing down Walker again, and the complete opposite way while at it.

The running back’s head was completely in the game though, as evident by this half back-spring that he pulled off to prevent himself from touching the field. And then immediately afterwards, runs forward for a few more yards to secure the first down for his team. It’s truly an insane play, and one where you have to watch over and over and over again to understand what exactly the hell happened.
