Seafront hotel is offering afternoon tea for Mother's Day

A seafront hotel is offering afternoon tea for Mother's Day. The Grand Brighton is preparing to welcome guests to its Victoria Terrace on Sunday, March 30, with a selection of treats made by the hotel's pastry chefs. Guests can enjoy an array of finger sandwiches with fillings such as Scottish smoked salmon and dill crème fraîche, Burford brown egg mayonnaise and cress, and honey roast ham with wholegrain mustard.

The afternoon tea can be paired with the hotel's own blended leaf tea or a selection of other infusions. For an additional charge, guests can also enjoy a glass of Moët champagne, Ridgeway Cavendish wine, a Brighton Gin G&T, or a Chambord Spritz. The hotel also offers a vegan afternoon tea, which includes a guacamole and heirloom tomato sandwich, a red velvet cake, and macarons.
