SciSparc announces resale of 61.21M shares by selling shareholders; shares down

SciSparc ( NASDAQ: SPRC ) is offering up to 61.21M shares for resale by selling shareholders. The resale includes 53.

62M shares from the conversion of $4.2M in convertible debentures and 7.59M shares from warrants.



The company will not receive proceeds from the sale of the debenture or warrant shares, except for potential warrant exercise proceeds. The exercise price for the warrants is $0.5532/share.
