Scarlets v Ospreys LIVE: Kick-off time, TV channel and score updates

The Scarlets and Ospreys lock horns in a west Wales derby this afternoon at Parc y Scarlets. Both teams are boosted by the returns of Wales internationals to their ranks, with the hosts welcoming back full-back Blair Murray after he missed last week's defeat to Stormers through injury. Mark Jones' Ospreys, meanwhile, have Jac Morgan back to the fore after he was rested in the pulsating 43-40 win over Connacht last weekend.

Dwayne Peel makes just the one change, with Murray replacing Ioan Nicholas at 15, while Jones has made eight alterations. You can read the full teams below. Today's hosts currently sit 14th in the URC standings, five points behind the Ospreys in seventh on 33 points, with the two sides meeting in European competition next weekend.
