Know the news with the 7NEWS app: Download today SARAH’S PROTEIN DONUTS Ingredients 1/4 cup of almond butter 2 eggs 3 tablespoons of honey 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 1/2 cup of milk of choice 1 cup of oat flour 1/2 cup of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate is fine) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Topping - Healthy chocolate glaze 6 tablespoons of cocoa 2 tablespoons of honey 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of milk Vanilla protein glaze 1 cup of greek yoghurt 1/4 cup cashew butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste 1 serve of vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons of granulated stevia 1/2 cup of coconut flour Method Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix the eggs, honey, coconut oil, milk, vanilla and nut butter together. Then add the remainder of the ingredients.
Spray donut tray with coconut oil. Fill 3/4 for each donut hole. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown on top, allow to cool.
Mix the chocolate glaze and the vanilla glaze well and dip the cooled donuts into the glaze. You can add hundreds and thousands or any kind of sprinkles you like for decoration..
