The San Francisco 49ers confirmed the anticipated and much-needed news 90 minutes ahead of kickoff in their primetime clash with the Dallas Cowboys, with both Deebo Samuel and George Kittle cleared to play in a critical NFC matchup. Samuel was hospitalized last Sunday with pneumonia before being released on Tuesday. Kittle, meanwhile, had been dealing with a foot sprain.

They were both listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday. But neither featured on the inactives list for the Sunday Night Football clash, with both likely to play significant roles for a 49er offense down both Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings. Aiyuk is out for the season with a torn ACL and MCL while fellow wide receiver Jennings is missing his second straight game with a hip injury.



Cornerback Deommodore Lenoir, a late addition to the injury report with an illness, is active, along with safety George Odum.
