Samyang Roundsquare revealed October 11 that its global integrated marketing campaign, ‘Splash Buldak,’ concluded successfully with over 40,000 participants across five cities worldwide over the course of a month. The campaign kicked off on October 11 (local time) in New York, USA, and progressed through various cities including Shanghai, China; Dubai, UAE; and London, UK, before culminating with the final event in Los Angeles, USA, from November 7 to 10. The 'Sauce Exchange' event held at LA's The Original Farmers Market drew large crowds eager to receive Buldak sauce and was met with significant enthusiasm.

The event attracted a diverse crowd of Buldak fans of all ages, from young people to families and older individuals. In total, the campaign saw approximately 40,000 visitors, with over 11,000 participants attending in New York alone over four days. Around 9,000 people joined in Dubai, while the events in London and Shanghai also enjoyed great popularity.



Approximately 10,000 attendees participated in the final LA event, marking a successful conclusion. The 'Sauce Exchange' program allowed attendees to swap their existing sauces for Samyang’s new Buldak sauce, resulting in the distribution of about 42,000 Buldak sauce packs. The event also offered food items paired with Buldak sauce, and the demand exceeded expectations by 150%, keeping staff busy preparing meals.

Additionally, ‘Buldak Riders’ on scooters distributed a total of 28,000 Buldak sauce packs, providing both entertainment and engagement. Furthermore, Samyang Roundsquare announced the 'Buldak Awards' to wrap up the campaign, set to run from November 11 to 25. This event invited fans to share their stories via a US-exclusive website, receiving over 10,000 submissions and significant positive response.

Samyang Roundsquare plans to select 50 winners to receive a Buldak trophy and a special kit. Additionally, five chosen participants will be surprised with a party at their homes, sharing the experience with family and friends..
