AI Select and Conversational AI Another standout feature is AI Select, which brings a new level of convenience by offering suggestions based on what’s currently on your screen. For example, when reading a text message, it can automatically trigger the Writing Assist feature, which helps with composing responses.
The great thing about this feature is that it works entirely offline, so your data stays private and secure. Samsung also introduced Conversational AI, which is all about simplifying how you search for settings or images. With this feature, you can simply ask your phone in natural language, either through text or voice, to find specific things.
For instance, saying “Find a photo of Max from last winter in a red coat” will let the AI locate the exact picture from your Gallery, understanding that Max is a dog and not a person. It’s all designed to make your search process as smooth and intuitive as possible. AI for Creativity and Camera Enhancements Samsung didn’t stop there.
The new AI features also extend to creative tasks, like generating artwork or editing photos and videos. With the revamped Sketch to Image feature, users can now combine both doodles and text prompts to create visual art, allowing for more expression and creativity. The new Personal Filter feature, meanwhile, analyzes existing photos and helps users replicate specific looks, adjusting colors, brightness, and saturation with ease.
Samsung’s AI also takes video editing to the next level. It can now differentiate between moving and stationary objects in your footage, applying noise reduction accordingly to enhance low-light videos. Another innovative tool, Audio Eraser, isolates and separates sounds from a video, so you can adjust the volume of specific elements, like boosting speech and lowering background noise.
