This initial presentation will not constitute a full launch; rather, it will involve the display of a video or image during the event. This approach mirrors Samsung's earlier introduction of the Galaxy Ring, which was first revealed at the conclusion of its Unpacked event in January, followed by a more detailed presentation at MWC in February, culminating in the product's full launch in July alongside new foldable devices. The actual release of the smart glasses is anticipated in the third quarter of 2025.

The report also indicates that the software platform for the XR product will be disclosed in some form this month. Samsung has been collaborating with Google on the software for this device for an extended period, having announced their partnership in February 2023, with the device set to operate on the Android platform. This collaboration was reaffirmed in July, along with the confirmation that the upcoming XR platform would be launched within the year.

The XR smart glasses reportedly do not feature a display but are expected to weigh approximately 50 grams, a detail reiterated in the report, and will function similarly to Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. #Samsung Smart Glasses: rumores, especificaciones y fechas de lanzamiento.
