Samsung rolls out One UI 7 with AI-powered features and enhanced personalization

Samsung has officially announced the launch of One UI 7, set to roll out this April. The update brings a refreshed design, AI-powered enhancements, and greater customization options, making Galaxy smartphones and tablets smarter and more user-friendly.The rollout will start with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6, before expanding to older Galaxy models in the coming weeks.

Here are some features coming with One UI 7:New design for a seamless experience. One UI 7 features a redesigned home screen, upgraded One UI widgets, and an improved lock screen. The Now Bar displays real-time updates directly on the lock screen, making it easy to check notifications, track workouts, or view music playback on Galaxy Buds without unlocking the device.



Galaxy AI makes everyday tasks easier. Samsung is integrating Galaxy AI into One UI 7 to simplify daily interactions. AI Select enables users to instantly capture GIFs from videos, while Writing Assist helps format and summarize text effortlessly.

Drawing Assist allows users to create illustrations using text prompts, images, or sketches, and Audio Eraser removes unwanted background noise from videos with precision.Deeper integration with Google Gemini. One UI 7 enhances voice interactions with Google Gemini, allowing users to long-press the side button and ask for restaurant recommendations or perform natural language searches within Settings to quickly adjust features like brightness or Eye Comfort Shield.

Rollout ScheduleSamsung will begin deploying One UI 7 in the Philippines this April, starting with flagship Galaxy models like the S24 series, Z Fold6, and Z Flip6.
