Sambhal Jama Masjid Supreme Court Hearing Updates: A Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna is set to hear a petition against the Sambhal Jama Masjid survey. Earlier on November 19, a civil court in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal had passed an ex-parte order, appointing an advocate commissioner to survey the Shahi Jama Masjid in the Chandausi area of the city. Five people were killed and over two dozen, including the police and administrative officers, suffered injuries in the brawl.
