Samantha was spotted by shutterbugs stationed outside the airport while she entered the premises and walked to the gate. Samantha Ruth Prabhu continues to win hearts, this time with her effortlessly chic and simple style. The actress was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport, turning heads with her calm and graceful semi-formal look.
As she made her way toward the terminal, Samantha greeted the paparazzi with her signature warmth, exchanging a few polite words with the shutterbugs before heading in. She kept it minimal yet stylish in a green half-sleeved top paired with matching loose-fit trousers. Her look was elevated with strappy heels and layered silver pendants hanging from sleek chains.
A pair of tinted sunglasses and a classic black handbag completed her travel ensemble, blending comfort and elegance with ease. Samantha last appeared in the Prime Video series Citadel: Honey Bunny. The series marked her return after a long absence from the screen due to health complications.
Samantha played Honey in the action thriller, while Varun Dhawan played Bunny. For Citadel, she reunited with the Family Man directors Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, who had cast her as the primary adversary in season two. Citadel debuted on the streaming platform on November 6, 2024.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu won the Best Actor OTT (Female) award at the News18 Showsha Reel Award last month for her role in the series. While accepting her award, Samantha said, “It’s an honour to be here in such esteemed company and I mean I’ve all the other nominees that you know actors that I look up to so this truly is an honour for me just completing the series was an award enough for me considering the circumstances." The actress added that she wanted to dedicate the award to the people who believed in her- Raj, DK, Sita Menon and Varun.
She thanked them for putting up with her and the patience that they showed to complete the show. Moving forward, Samantha is working on several potential projects following Citadel. The actress will star in Raj and DK’s fantasy action series Rakt Bramhand – The Bloody Kingdom.
