The Salzburg Easter Festival has announced the 2026 season.From 2026 onwards, the Berliner Philharmoniker will again be holding their traditional Easter Festival in Salzburg, the town where Herbert von Karajan founded this Festival in 1967. Here is a look at the vocal performances.Kirill Petrenko conducts Kirill Serebrennikov’s new production of Wagner’s “Das Rheingold.” Christian Gerhaher stars alongside Gihoon Kim, Thomas Atkins, Brenton Ryan, Leigh Melrose, Thomas Cilluffo, Le Bu, Patrick Guetti, Catriona Morison, Sarah Brady, Jasmin White, Louise Foor, Yajie Zhang, and Jess Dandy.
