I had to go down to part-time in the end which affected my income. “I’d also just had my daughter, so juggling a new born baby with a business during the midst of the pandemic was extremely difficult. “My partner opened up an electrical brand during the midst of it, and he let me use one of the rooms in the building when it was finally allowed, so this was how I was able to start up again.

“The space is neutral, clean and black. I tried my best to make it as family friendly as possible, I wanted people to come in here and feel instantly relaxed. That was the vibe that I wanted.
Chantelle has described her struggle to keep the business open during the pandemic. I couldn’t have done it without support from my family, friends and my partner.
” The business is currently looking for nail techs, beauticians and make up artists to rent out the space. Those interested are advised to contact the salon directly via Facebook..
