Safe Home Kits available to veterans Friday

VACAVILLE — Rebuilding Together Solano County will be distributing Veteran Safe Home Kits from 10 a.m. to 2 p.

m. Friday at the Vacaville Veteran's Memorial Building. The veterans hall is located at 549 Merchant St.



"To date, RTSC has distributed more than 4,000 Veteran Safe at Home Kits since 2020, and are planning to distribute the final 500 by the end of June," the organization stated. All veteran or military households receiving a kit are required to provide a driver’s License showing Solano County home or work address, and a Military ID, VA Card or DD-214 Discharge Documentation. The kits are limited to one per household.
