Sabah Bersatu has wished the Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) “all the best” after the party’s withdrawal from Perikatan Nasional over dissatisfaction with the coalition’s intention to contest in the next Sabah state election. Sabah Bersatu secretary Yunus Nurdin said the state chapter during a Dec 14 meeting led by Bersatu vice-president Ronald Kiandee took note of PN’s move to accept SAPP’s withdrawal, announced earlier the same day by party president Yong Teck Lee.
