GRAND FORKS — Starting Tuesday, April 1, Rydell Auto Group in Grand Forks will no longer sell new Buicks. The change comes as General Motors continues to reduce the number of Buick dealerships nationwide over the past 18 months. While the dealership will no longer carry the latest Buick models, it will continue selling certified pre-owned Buicks.

Customers can also still access repair and maintenance services. "We've got all the certifications, we've got all the special tools, we've got all the training for our technicians. So we're still going to be able to operate on the service side as we have been in the past," said Brian Rydell of Rydell Auto Group.

He added that Buick parts will still be available for repairs. "Repairs, warranty or non-warranty, will still be able to sell Buick parts. So, if you're, you know, having a body shop job done, we will definitely have those Buick parts available," Rydell said.

Rydell Auto Group continues to offer other brands, including Chevrolet, Cadillac, Honda, Nissan and Toyota..
