Rua Biosciences mulls legal action over non-payment

Listed medicinal cannabis company Rua Biosciences is considering its legal options after the buyer of its Gisborne manufacturing facility failed to pay the $1.3 million purchase price. The contract was due to be paid in full by 5pm on Wednesday by the purchaser, Awa Ora Genesis Kaitiaki Harakeke.
