Rs 1,481-crore block deal in Nuvama Wealth

Europacific Growth Fund, Greater India Portfolio, Capri Global Holdings and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte were among the buyers in the deal. Shares of Nuvama Wealth Management rose 0.99% to close at Rs 6,837.15 on Friday.

MUMBAI: Edel Finance and ECap Equities sold shares of Nuvama Wealth Management worth Rs 1,481.21 crore in a block deal on BSE Friday. They sold 22.

09 lakh shares at Rs 6,702.60 apiece. As on June 30, Edel Finance and ECap Equities owned 5.

18% and 8.44 % stake, respectively. Europacific Growth Fund, Greater India Portfolio, Capri Global Holdings and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte were among the buyers in the deal.

Shares of Nuvama Wealth Management rose 0.99% to close at Rs 6,837.15 on Friday.
