As the Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant's longest serving member, Billy Simmons (pictured left) was recognized for his 47 years of dedication and service to the charity organization at the Oct. 23 afternoon meeting at the Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church. Standing alongside Simmons is Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant President David Kent.
