Ropemakers donate £1,520 to The Living Tree cancer charity

The Ropemakers on West Street is continuing to show its support for The Living Tree Cancer Support Group, having recently donated £1,520 to the charity. The pub raises money through its weekly meat draw to support cancer patients going through treatment. The pub chooses to support the charity, which offers friendship; creative activities; holistic therapies; relevant diet and lifestyle information for anyone with any cancer, after landlady Geraldine Baker was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016.
