Rochester man dies in motorcycle crash over weekend

ROCHESTER — A 20-year-old Rochester man died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Sunday, June 30, according to Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. According to other motorcyclists riding with him, they lost sight of him after he sped up in front of them. Deputies responded to Bamber Valley Road Road SW Sunday night when they located the motorcyclist in a tree line off.

He was unresponsive. The man was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The name of the man is being withheld at this time.
