NASCAR's 23XI Racing team has announced a new partnership with financial services platform Robinhood. Bubba Wallace and 23XI development driver Corey Heim will sport Robinhood branding on their cars for select races of the 2025 season. Their racing overalls and team equipment will also feature the new branding.
The Robinhood Neon design will debut with Heim's No. 67 team at Kansas Speedway on May 11 and will continue showcasing the branding for the next three races with Heim and Wallace's No. 23 team.
Addressing the new partnership with Robinhood, 23XI president Steve Lauletta said in a statement : "We're excited to welcome Robinhood to 23XI and look forward to introducing another new brand to NASCAR. As Robinhood continues to expand their presence in sports, we're proud to partner with them and look forward to bringing the intensity of NASCAR racing to their growing customer base." Wallace looks forward to the new partnership.
He added: "Our team continues to do a great job of partnering with exciting brands that share our values and believe in us. Robinhood's dedication to market accessibility and financial literacy is important for so many people, and I look forward to representing them on track this season." Having partnered with NBA teams such as the Washington Wizards, Memphis Grizzlies, and Miami Heat, Robinhood's foray into NASCAR through 23XI marks its first partnership in the world of motorsports.
Chief Brokerage Officer at Robinhood, Steve Quirk, said on the new partnership with 23XI: "Robinhood is excited to enter into the motorsports space, and there's no better partner who shares our relentless drive to innovate in bold and unique ways than 23XI. By expanding our presence into motorsports, we're able to reach a passionate, engaged fanbase that's hungry to take control of all aspects of their lives, including their finances, while also supporting Bubba Wallace, Corey Heim and the rest of the 23XI team as they continue their success this racing season." Owned by Denny Hamlin and basketball star Michael Jordan , 23XI's partnership with Robinhood could offer the much-needed "Robinhood glow" to elevate its performance this season.
Hamlin, who drives for Joe Gibbs Racing, was already glowing last weekend at Martinsville after securing his first Cup Series win of the 2025 season. Newsweek Sports reported his reaction after winning his 55th race. He said: "Chris Gayle, all the engineers, the pit crew, everybody really on that wall right there just decided that they were going to come here with a different approach than what we've been over the last few years and it was just amazing.
"The car was great. It did everything I needed it to do. Just so happy to win with Chris and get 55 [wins].
It's awesome.".
