Rise Gold appoints Mihai Draguleasa as CFO

Rise Gold ( OTCQX:RYES ) on Friday said it has appointed Mihai Draguleasa as the company's chief financial officer in place of Vince Boon. Draguleasa is a chartered professional accountant with over 15 years of accounting experience, including that in the mining and resource sector, the company stated. Additionally, Catherine Cox as corporate secretary in place of Eileen Au.
