Revolt Motors, a subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, launched its first dealership in Kathmandu on Tuesday, marking its entry into Nepal. Partnering with MV Dugar Group, the company aims to introduce electric motorcycles to Nepal’s two-wheeler market. The company revealed in a statement that Revolt’s complete lineup, including the RV400, RV400 BRZ, RV1+, RV1, and RV BlazeX, will now be available in Nepal.
These motorcycles include features like removable IP67-rated battery packs, regenerative braking, reverse assist, and app-based connectivity, suited for Nepal’s varied terrain. Moti Lal Dugar, Chairman of MV Dugar Group, and Sandeep Roperia, Business Head at Revolt Motors, opened the Revolt Hub in Kathmandu. “This marks a significant milestone in Revolt Motors’ global journey as it brings its full range of electric motorcycles to the Nepalese market,” said Anjali Rattan Nashier, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited.
MV Dugar Group, with over 50 years in Nepal’s automobile industry, provides market knowledge and a strong distribution network. Influencers and customers also explored the motorcycles and took test rides following the launch event. Revolt Motors plans to open 12 more showrooms in cities such as Pokhara, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj, Butwal, and Dhangadhi.
Each will have service facilities, trained technicians, and access to genuine accessories..
