Remember the cool teachers you had in high school — the ones that had some side gig that all the students knew about? At Saratoga Springs High School, Kurt Borchart and Colin Quinn are those guys. Artisanal Brew Works in Saratoga is their gig. As with most brew-pub owners, Borchart and Quinn started off as garage fermenting enthusiasts who honed their skills to the point that friends and family enthusiastically encouraged their dream.
