Resident Playbook makers released the first look teaser of the upcoming medical drama, giving us a sneak-peek into its four first-year Ob-Gyn residents. The Hospital Playlist spinoff takes on the daily lives of these rookie doctors as they navigate their professional and personal lives through medical emergencies. It stars Go Yoon-Jung and others.

After a long wait, fans finally got the first glimpse of the much-anticipated medical drama, Resident Playbook. The spinoff of the hit show Hospital Playlist, this one takes the viewers back into the ORs and corridors of the Yulje Medical Centre, with a brand new cast and characters. On March 10, tvN released the first look teaser of the upcoming drama, giving us a sneak-peek into its four first-year Ob-Gyn residents.

The show takes on the daily lives of these rookie doctors as they navigate their professional and personal lives through medical emergencies. The video shows tghe names of its central characters - Oh Yi Young played by Go Yoon-Jung, Pyo Nam-Kyung played by Shin Si-Ah, Um Jae-Il played by Kang You-Seok and Kim Sa-Bi played by Han Ye-Ji.

It displays text that reads, "The story of people who will become wise someday—begins now." Ofcourse a the teaser's opening shot, that was also the final frame of Hospital Playlist's finale in season 2 with actors Jo Jung-Suk, Jung Kyung-Ho, Jeon Mi-Do, Yoo Yeon-Seok, and Kim Dae-Myeung, pays a perfect nostalgic tribute and connects the dots between the two shows, leaving audience expecting it to be as big a hit as its predecessor. But due to multiple delays in the wake of the strike by medical residents in South Korea and the on-screen medical representation, the show went into a limbo. Its production team postponed the release to avoide any kind of controversy. A few weeks ago, the show was brought back and a new release date was announced.
