Remaining cloudy, mild for rest of week

The stretch of cloudy and seasonable days looks to continue on through the end of the week across much of the region, with a bit of a breezier stretch coming this weekend.

We look to have another cloudy day ahead for much of the region once again Thursday. With the clouds and light winds throughout the day, temperatures will again struggle to make it out of the mid-40s. Then as we head on into the evening, most clouds will stick around, keeping temperatures in the 30s overnight.

On Friday, we may get a glimpse of the sun, but otherwise, it looks to be a near copy of Thursday. The winds continue to remain light throughout the region, and highs stay in the 40s again. ADVERTISEMENT Once we head on into the weekend, we are keeping an eye on a system that looks to remain mostly to our north as it slides through, but could bring a brief chance for a sprinkle along the Canadian border for Saturday night into Sunday.

While we look to miss out on precipitation, we do look to get some stronger breezes as the system slides on past. Otherwise, we will continue the stretch of cloudy days into the weekend, with temperatures remaining in the 40s..
