Redmi Note 14 series set to launch on September 26; All you need to know

Redmi has officially announced the launch date for the Redmi Note 14 series in the Chinese market. The new Note 14 models are scheduled to be revealed at 7 PM (local time) on September 26 in China. Additionally, during the same event, the company will introduce the Redmi Buds 6 TWS earbuds.

Official images of the Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ indicate that both devices will showcase a curved-edge display. The Note 14 Pro is designed with a squircle camera island that accommodates three protruding camera units along with an LED flash. A protective glass shield covers the camera sensors on the Note 14 Pro.

Each device is equipped with a 50-megapixel primary camera that includes optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by two additional cameras and an LED flash, reports GizmoChina. The Redmi Note 14 Pro will be available in four colors: Midnight Black, Mirror Porcelain White, Twilight Purple, and Phantom Blue. Conversely, the Note 14 Pro+ will be offered in three colors: Midnight Black, Mirror Porcelain White, and Sand Star Green.

The color options for the Note 14 have yet to be confirmed by the brand. The second promotional poster confirms that the Note 14 Pro models will feature IP69-level dust and water resistance. Furthermore, all three models will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for their displays.

Redmi will provide the King Kong Guarantee service for purchasers of the Note 14 series. This service includes a one-year warranty against water damage, a complimentary screen replacement within the first year, and a one-year warranty on the battery. Additionally, it offers a five-year battery warranty, which covers the replacement of batteries with less than 80% health, as well as a “365-day replacement without repair” policy for hardware failures.

Activating this service may incur an additional cost of 595 Yuan (approximately $85). According to reports, the Redmi Note 14 Pro models are expected to feature a 1.5K OLED display, a 50-megapixel triple camera configuration, and support for fast charging up to 90W.
