According to the company’s analysis, the popularity of red ginseng reflects its status as a representative Korean health food product, particularly favored as a gift item by international visitors. Chinese tourists showed strong preference for chocolate products, particularly Jeju Gourmet Cacao and Hallabong orange-flavored chocolates, following their red ginseng purchases. Japanese travelers, meanwhile, frequently purchased mini lunch box-sized seaweed sheets and roasted seaweed with sesame oil.
