" She also suggested the public nature of the conflict will have made it "even more challenging to navigate" Louella suggested both Harry and Meghan will have "experienced a range of emotions in regards to their relationship with the Royal Family." She explained: "They likely felt a sense of disappointment and betrayal because they felt like they were not being supported by the family. There may have also been feelings of frustration, anger, and resentment about the way they perceived they were being treated.

"More recent feelings may have included a level of acceptance, and if they are truly ready to move on, they have probably been through a grieving process as well. Moving on doesn't mean they aren't sad about the situation or that they have forgotten what happened, but it would mean they have reached a point where they aren't allowing it to consume them anymore." Her comments come after a source suggested Meghan and Harry are hoping to move on with their lives.

"After Spare, [Harry and Meghan] realized, ‘OK, we’re ready to move on. We want to focus on our future'," they explained. Speaking to , the source said the couple also thought: "We can have meaning and importance separate from the lives we had previously.
