“With barely any movement and long hours of binge-watching, I found happiness in food. I stopped cooking, ordered in, snacked constantly, and didn’t even go out for a walk,” she wrote. This lifestyle continued for over a year and a half, and the weight kept piling on — unnoticed.
“I’d carried extra weight for so long that even when it got worse, I didn’t realise it. Until one day, I did.”That realization sparked a life-changing decision.
