The Toronto Raptors have have given Darko Rajaković their full vote of confidence. The team has already picked up the 2026-27 option on the second-year head coach's contract, Sportsnet's Michael Grange reported prior to the Raptors' game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. The Raptors picked up the option on the contract last summer, Grange added.

Rajaković, 46, took over at the start of the 2023-24 season after the departure of Nick Nurse. During his first season, the team pivoted to selling their star players on expiring contracts — OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam — after a disappointing start. The 2024-25 season was deemed a rebuild by both Rajaković and the organization during the team's media day.
