National Weather Service forecasters say Los Angeles County will likely see less than a half-inch of rain, with no widespread flooding or significant snow.
The heaviest rainfall is expected to fall Tuesday. In Los Angeles, it'll be mostly cloudy today, with a 20% chance of showers in the afternoon and a slight chance of rain in the evening. Expect highs in the mid to upper 60s in most areas.
In the San Gabriel Valley, it’ll be mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of rain this afternoon, highs will be in the mid-60s. Tonight it will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain in the evening then a chance of rain after midnight too. Lows will be in the lower to mid-50s.
Temperatures will be below normal for the next several days, with highs 6 to 10 degrees below normal today and tomorrow. Wednesday temperatures will begin to trend upwards and chances for sunshine will increase. Thanksgiving Day is likely to be dry, with just a 10% to 15% chance of light showers.
