Two weather systems will continue to bring rains and cloudy conditions over parts of the country. According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Wednesday afternoon, the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is anticipated to cause cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, strong winds with rough waters may be expected in Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon. The eastern section of Visayas will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will observe light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters. Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6:23 a.
